County Office approves Loma Prieta Joint Union's 2025——26 LCAP and adopted budget

A Santa Clara County Office of Education representative reported that the county reviewed the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and found the district compliant, and consequently approved the district's 2025——26 adopted budget.
"Based on our review, I have determined the district is in compliance with above criteria, and, therefore, the district's 2526 adopted budget is also approved," the county representative said. The report noted the LCAP adheres to the template adopted by the State Board of Education and that the budget includes expenditures sufficient to implement the LCAP's specified actions and strategies.
The county representative said the district had posted the approved LCAP and a parent-facing budget overview on the Santa Clara County Office of Education website. The review also identified only technical corrections needed to bring the budget into compliance with standards and confirmed the district's multiyear financial plan is consistent with meeting financial obligations for the current fiscal year.
Board members acknowledged the county review and thanked district leadership. No further action was required at the meeting; staff will retain the county approval documentation for district records.
