Reagan Faylor described repeated errors while attempting to file his F‑1, saying the form presented multiple validation errors that intermittently cleared after refreshing. He said he tried repeatedly, contacted PDC support, and at one point sent screenshots of the errors to staff. "I got a bunch of errors," Faylor said, describing attempts across several days and a dropped support call.
After staff confirmed some customer-service interaction and that an IT ticket had been submitted, Chair Jay Leach dismissed the case, saying the PDC would not find a violation in the record before it. Leach suggested that when respondents encounter issues they should call support sooner and told Faylor the matter was dismissed; staff and the respondent agreed the respondent would not be found to have violated the public disclosure laws on this record.
