Village awards $1.14 million construction contract and engineering services for Argyle and Twin Oak CDBG project

Thomas Engineering was recommended for construction engineering and inspection at a negotiated fee of $137,575; nine contractors submitted bids for the construction contract and Aqua Contractors of Elmhurst was the low bidder at $1,135,000. Trustees approved both contracts by roll call that concluded the agenda items.
