Commission issues order of conditions for Featherbed Lane single‑family project

The Conservation Commission approved an order of conditions for a single‑family residence proposed at 10 Featherbed Lane (DEP file 15‑2831). Peter Cruz of CAB Engineering presented the project and described design details, including an elevated structure, a proposed five‑bedroom septic, an in‑ground pool and associated utilities. Staff and the town engineer reviewed the submission and, following a site visit, recommended standard special conditions for a single‑family dwelling.
Jennifer reported that staff visited the site and reviewed revisions; the town engineer had signed off and the changes addressed earlier comments. There were no public speakers. The commission closed the hearing and voted unanimously to issue the order of conditions subject to the commission’s standard single‑family special conditions.
The issuance allows the applicants to proceed subject to the standard conditions on erosion control, staging and monitoring required for work within the 100‑foot buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands.
