Ann Domenico, who identified herself and provided an address under oath, told the hearing the change is driven by household needs: "So and I guess the biggest thing is just safety for him, coming in and out of the property, parking, etcetera." Cartel advised that, if recommended, the petitioner will need a scale drawing by a licensed engineer for the building department and set a recommendation meeting for Aug. 26 at 3:00 p.m.; he also closed the hearing for the day and continued the matter to Sept. 16 at 2:30 p.m. for further proceedings.
