Lawmakers urge clearer language and dollar figures; panel plans letter to appropriators

Staff said they would circulate an edited report by the end of the day and give members until the first days of December to provide final feedback. The group also agreed to send a letter to the Executive Appropriations Committee explaining that significant progress has been made and proposing a timeline for final submission and possible discussion on Dec. 9 (EAC meeting).
