At the end of the meeting, the task force set clear procedural next steps: presenters will revise the analysis to include more friction/sensitivity parameters, incorporate stakeholder feedback and share cleaned datasets and dashboard access to allow members to test scenarios. Chair Marlo Oates reiterated the timeline and next meeting logistics.
The group set the draft‑report timeline for delivery to the task force before the next meeting and said the final report will be provided to the legislature by Nov. 30. The next task force meeting was scheduled for Nov. 21 at 9 a.m. in the Senate Building; members were asked to send feedback and datasets to staff ahead of that meeting.
