Holiday Hills police report two house fires, new officer to begin field training

Copp debriefed two house fires on Riverview Drive that extended to a neighboring property; residents helped spot the fires and no injuries were reported. He also reported that Officer Thime completed his training and will begin field training on March 19. Chief Copp warned residents about email and text scams that can disable computers and urged caution, stressing, "DO NOT OPEN." Finally, Copp and Trustee Brian Agrella will conduct a village‑wide code audit to locate violations and issue compliance letters.
