Attorney Ryan Knight said there was no legal prohibition on funding the described operational items.
Separately, the CRA approved a $175,195 reallocation (Resolution CRA2025-07) to move funds from capital improvements to operational repairs for streetlight hurricane replacements in the downtown area. Commissioners again noted the need to track matching funds and clarify city/CRA cost shares for multi-party projects. Both measures passed by voice vote.
