The Iroquois County Emergency Telephone System Board recorded several formal actions at its Jan. 6 meeting:
• Agenda approval: Motion by Jim Lehmkuhl, seconded by Charles Alt; carried by voice vote.
• Minutes approval (Dec. 11, 2025): Motion by Todd Schippert, seconded by Charles Alt, to approve with edits removing Chairman Morgeson from the mileage roll call and marking Alt as the second on claims; carried by voice vote.
• CentralSquare API for IamResponding: Motion by Chairman Dave Morgeson, seconded by Jim Lehmkuhl; approved by roll-call vote (Aye: Morgeson, Weber, Alt, Schippert, Lehmkuhl). Initial cost: $2,500 (first-year fee) + 5% annual maintenance accelerator; project management $2,340; total $4,840.
• Claims approval: Motion by Todd Schippert, seconded by Warren Weber; carried by roll-call vote with ayes from Morgeson, Weber, Schippert, Lehmkuhl, and Alt.
• Adjournment: Motion by Charles Alt, seconded by Jim Lehmkuhl; meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM by voice vote.
