Trustee Thompson moved and the board unanimously approved the March meeting minutes and payment of April bills. Interim Clerk Shelley Larson reminded trustees to complete Statements of Economic Interest, reported the IDOT MFT review found no issues, and noted a liquor license renewal is due this month.
Treasurer Black reported memorial contributions totaling $1,020 for Joe Lawyer and $580 for park funds; Superintendent Gorsuch volunteered to send thank-you notes. Trustee Stuckwisch said this would be her last meeting and volunteered for the windmill committee. The board also discussed a neighbor complaint about accumulated trash (raised by Cassidy Lundgreen), a notice to abate refuse for a Betsy Welch property and a $20.25 reimbursement to Misty Thompson for side-by-side stickers. Trustee Stuckwisch moved to adjourn, Trustee Thompson seconded, and the meeting adjourned.
