Nancy Bandemer, director of the Davis Community Center, told the council the center had a busy summer and is rolling out new offerings for fall. "24-hour gym access has started and already have 50 members signed up in the first 3 weeks," she said, and the center has launched membership access accordingly.
Bandemer outlined upcoming events: a Trivia Night fundraiser on Sept. 27, a blood drive and the Harvest Hustle in October. She also thanked community members who helped supply kid meals for summer programs. The council took no separate vote on programming but acknowledged the center's report.
