Presenters outlined operational targets and implementation milestones: team capacity of approximately 40–60 clients; a minimum of six contacts per client per month (with intensive phases where some clients may receive as many as ~30 contacts per month); a phased fidelity ramp with an objective of reaching about 75% of model measures by July 1, 2029; and a near-term aim to expand team capability by Dec. 31 through a small pilot caseload and incremental staffing.
