The Napa County Behavioral Health Board unanimously elected Vice Chair Greg Clark as board chair for the 2026–2027 term during its July 8, 2026 meeting. Supervisor Liz Alessio made the nomination, Member Sandra Oliva seconded it, and the motion carried with all members voting in favor and no abstentions.
Chair Patricia Sullivan announced that Greg Clark would assume leadership for the remainder of the meeting. The board also indicated that Member Jasper Lowell is being considered to serve as vice chair for the coming term; no formal vote on vice chair was recorded in the minutes.
