Faribault County approves MnDOT detour agreement for T.H. 22 construction

The Faribault County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution 26-RB04-19 to enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1060784, related to State Project No. 2204-26 (T.H. 22). The resolution authorizes the county to receive payment from the State of Minnesota for use of County State Aid Highway No. 21 as a detour during construction on Trunk Highway No. 22.
Commissioner Bill Groskreutz moved to approve the resolution and Commissioner Gertrude Paschke seconded; Commissioners Anderson, Paschke, Groskreutz and Young voted yes. The resolution also authorizes County Coordinator/Clerk Brian Hov and Faribault County Engineer April Wellman to execute the agreement and any amendments. The resolution text and MnDOT Agreement number were entered into the official proceedings as part of the record.
