Hometown’s minimum water-and-sewer bill rises to $68.25 after Chicago rate increase

She told the council residents will see the change on the July bill, which is due in August and covers June usage.
Council members did not debate alternate rate structures at the May 26 meeting; the committee report recorded the pass-through and effective dates for billing.
