Residents press council on yard-sale rules, ADA variance and veteran banners

At the meeting end, resident Dave McCann inquired about replacement garbage cans after a windstorm; a Republic Services representative, Ernie, advised residents to call Republic for damaged cans and noted Public Works had a few extras.
