Robert Leach asked the Village of Industry Board on Oct. 9 for either to purchase a portion of a village-owned vacant lot on South Downen Street to provide access to his garage or, if a sale is not feasible, "perpetual access rights." Attorney Laegeler was directed to research possible legal mechanisms and present options at the November meeting.
The request was raised during the public comment portion of the meeting and will return as an agenda item after the attorney’s research. No formal motion or decision was made at this meeting.
