"There are a slew of regulations that will control this conditional use permit, including that they're not allowed to have any outdoor storage, they're not allowed to work on the vehicles with the bays open," Director King said. The council moved to suspend rules and placed the ordinance on final reading; the roll-call vote approved the conditional-use ordinance unanimously. The approval allows the applicant to proceed with compliance-based permits and inspections, subject to the listed conditions.
