Regional planner flags conservation, mobile-home park and flood bylaw edits during zoning review

Emily KloƯt, a guest from the Northwest Regional Planning Commission, told the commission she had suggested changes to multiple sections of the draft zoning regulations and flagged a complete replacement of the flood hazard bylaw section.
"I made a suggested change in the conservation district section (page 34, 5.1(G)) and mobile home park standards (pages 53-54, 7.8) that we did not discuss in detail as a group and should review," Emily KloƯt said. She also noted that "the flood hazard bylaw section is completely replaced in total, so tracked changes do not appear there." The commission did not complete a full review at this meeting and added the final draft of Montgomery’s Zoning Regulations to a future agenda for detailed consideration.
