County OKs $151,411 maintenance contract for Kronos timekeeping system

The Board approved a $151,411.36 quote from Kronos Incorporated for maintenance and support of the county's Kronos workforce timekeeping system.
Lee Barrier recommended accepting the quote on behalf of the Division of Information Technology, noting that Kronos provides the e-timesheet system and time clocks that integrate with SAP to provide a complete time-keeping payroll solution. "Kronos workforce provides the e timesheet system and various time clocks for Sedgwick County Departments," Barrier said.
The board moved, seconded and approved the quote by roll call. The contract will cover maintenance and licensing necessary now that the initial warranty has expired; the Elections Office later sought a separate maintenance agreement for its DS450 equipment in the same meeting.
