Supervisors raised local water concerns and asked CSAC to follow up on potential state actions affecting Delta water flows and local agriculture. Knauss acknowledged movement in the legislature around preemption of local land‑use authority and emphasized CSAC’s focus on preserving local flexibility while pushing for state funding to accompany new mandates.
