Leach said he found the record sufficient and granted both elements of the request for the applicable reporting period, noting that the grant applies to the current term and that the applicant may need to seek renewal if circumstances change.
The order will be prepared by PDC staff; Leach and staff noted that recusal obligations remain if a matter involving the spouse’s business comes before a judicial officer.
