The presentations focused on district improvement goal progress specific to their buildings and departments and set out priorities staff plan to develop over the summer.
The meeting began at 5:30 PM and opened with a roll call showing seven board members present; the agenda was approved by a 7-0 vote. According to the public record, this session was organized as a retreat and was intended for planning and review rather than to produce binding public actions.
