Separately, Burgerology was issued a summons to resolve grease spatter problems that were affecting adjacent vehicles, required to come into compliance and to pay an overdue $5,000 parking fee; a meeting had been scheduled for Oct. 27 to address the matter.
Building Inspector Cinquemani has engaged with Casa Stellina about removing a fire‑proof door and potentially removing heat pumps near tents to classify those areas as seasonal, to resolve sprinkler and occupancy issues. The minutes also note interest from Brooklyn Delights in the Paramount Tools building and that representatives plan to speak with the building inspector.
