On the Retirement Policy Commissioner Grund asked to replace the phrase "at a reasonable time" with a specific 30-day period for the insurance-after-retirement process; Cox will revise accordingly. On the Arnold Group contract, Commissioner Grund asked about the dates of the original contract; Cox said she will obtain a copy of the original contract and return with dates and details next week.
No policy or contract was approved at the July 21 meeting; all items were tabled for revision and further documentation.
