Board tables Policy 1445 discussion and declines to move on CSBA nomination for lack of motion

On a separate governance item, trustees discussed the district’s nomination for the 2026 CSBA Delegate Assembly ballot. Board members said they were not familiar with the nominee and noted the nominee was unopposed; no motion was made and the item failed for lack of motion.
