Board approves second readings of multiple policy updates

Policy Committee members flagged Policy DCAB, which concerns staff expression of rights in the classroom and uses the word “disruption,” as needing further review after input from unions. The board did not adopt changes to DCAB at this meeting. Joanie Jones moved to approve the second-reading policy package; Lisa Curry seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
