"Generally, between the two, Christian has saved us easily over a $100,000 in upfront costs," Devin said. The commission presented a small award and a photo opportunity and thanked the IT department for its work.
Commissioners emphasized the value of having in‑house technical capacity in a small county and acknowledged Reed—s preference for staying out of the spotlight. No formal action or budget item followed the recognition; it was presented as a staff appreciation and public acknowledgement.
