Jess Banes Wright provided the board with the charter school oversight update, reporting that the oversight matrix includes recent submissions and that there are no overdue items. Items received since April 16 included oversight fees for March and April, the May master schedule, the April substitute log, the certificated staffing list for May, February cash-flow statements and the March bank statement; the April ADA and the second principal apportionment (p‑2) were also included.
Wright noted state testing and school events (softball playoffs, annual sports banquet) and invited questions; trustees did not raise substantive concerns about the oversight materials during the presentation.
