Commissioners approve consent calendar, appoint Steve Sobhi and proclaim supervision week

At the July 15 meeting Commissioners approved the Consent Calendar, which included minutes from recent meetings, an appointment to the Public Health Advisory Board, and a weeklong proclamation. Commissioner Randy Sparacino moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented; Commissioner Colleen Roberts seconded, and Commissioners Sparacino, Roberts and Chair Rick Dyer voted aye.
The Consent Calendar recorded Order No. 190-26 appointing Steve Sobhi to the Public Health Advisory Board and Order No. 191-26 proclaiming July 19–25, 2026 as Pretrial, Probation, Parole, and Juvenile Supervision Week. Commissioner Dyer "read the Pretrial, Probation, Parole, and Juvenile Supervision Week Proclamation for the record," which was entered into the minutes. The board took no separate action beyond the consent approval.
