Kaylee Gibson told supervisors the sheet was updated that month and noted the estimate did not include any local capture facility — "there's no capture facility in this county, so that wouldn't be taken into account here."
Board members asked for clarification on assumptions and how a capture facility would change the estimate; Gibson suggested the bottom-line figure was what the board would likely find most relevant. The board did not vote on or adopt any fiscal commitments during the presentation; the estimate was provided as informational material for supervisors to consider during ongoing review of the IUC amendment and route options.
