Kearney moves farmers market to Lions Park; vendors must apply online and pay $45 fee

Vendor applications are online and the fee is $45, Eric said; board members asked about who is managing food trucks and logistics, and staff said they will handle barricades and setup starting around 2 or 3 p.m. on market days.
