Staff also reviewed planned capital projects beyond the fire station: replacement of aging Wi‑Fi access points starting with the pool in early May, a software update to the TTX phone system to support fire station paging, a network switching replacement scheduled for Q3 and security camera upgrades at city buildings. Server replacements were noted as a future capital item planned for 2027.
