Officials say Hall Park project moving to bid stage after attorney review

Staff reported that they have answered outstanding architect questions and will submit the project manual to the city for approval so the project can be advertised for bids. Eric said the city attorney reviewed the last outstanding question and the staff will advertise the job in the paper and on contractor distribution lists once approved.
"We, Ryan and I have finally answered all the questions that we think our, architect needs so we can send out a, a bid down for approval in Jeff City, and then we'll advertise, for 3 weeks in the paper," Eric said. He added the aim is to turn dirt early this summer once bids and contracting are complete.
