The Solano County Board of Education took a series of routine and housekeeping votes during the meeting.
The board approved the agenda by roll call early in the meeting. After a short consent calendar process in which trustees pulled items a, b and c for individual consideration, the board voted to approve the remaining consent items (d and e). Later, after discussion on items pulled from consent, trustees moved and unanimously approved a proclamation recognizing Women’s History Month and another recognizing National Vietnam War Veterans Day. They also voted to approve budget revisions included in the packet after a staff explanation of an "economic uncertainties" reserve entry intended to restore a roughly 3% reserve.
On new business, trustees wrote in Trustee Coleman for the CSBA delegate assembly seat; that write‑in motion passed by roll call vote. No contested outcomes were recorded in the public portion of the meeting and all recorded roll‑call votes on these items were unanimous.
All votes recorded on the public record were unanimous 'yes' votes as shown in the roll‑call exchanges.
