Chair Jay Leach opened the virtual, recorded calendar and the commission considered a request by Cle Elum appointee Sarah Hubbard for exemption from filing an F-1, and a request by Yakima County assessor candidate Keith Efler to withhold reportable digital assets. The commission denied both requests after staff testimony and applicant remarks. The PDC also resolved group enforcement matters: it assessed a $600 penalty (with $300 suspended) for Dean Berkeley and $1,000 penalties (with $500 suspended) for five other respondents who failed to file candidate forms by the May 22 deadline. The commission concluded the calendar and adjourned.
