Case 1645 (Ferguson lot split): Art Smith moved to accept Case 1645 under Sections 804, 801 and 1103.01; Celeste Caplinger seconded. Roll-call vote: Art Smith, Yes; Celeste Caplinger, Yes; Edward Garrett, Yes; Jeffrey Kiracofe, Yes; Annette Harris-Mann, Yes; John Haber, Yes; Eric Green, Yes; Mike Dare, Yes. The motion passed.
