Select Board approves taxi, liquor and multiple victualers/innkeepers licenses

The Town of Rumford Select Board approved several business licenses during a public hearing at the Rumford Falls Auditorium. Select Board member Brennick moved to approve the taxi cab license for G & M Ride Service (applicant Matthew Duka, 620 Franklin Street), the liquor license for Swift River Suites (applicant David Arsenault, 867 Route 120), and the listed victualers and innkeepers licenses; Select Board member DiConzo seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
The approved victualers and innkeepers licenses included Farmhouse Bliss (Tegridy Real Estate LLC), Gatch's Food & Spirits + Catering, River House, The Red Rose, McDonalds Restaurant, Spicer Properties LLC, Steve Hagan Personal Home, Community Quik Stop, Chamberlains Tap + Table, Corner Cottage, Rev John Elliot Stand LLC, Le Paresseux Club, American Legion Post 24, and Charming Home Getaway. The board recorded the unanimous vote as 3-0 to approve all licenses on the agenda.
