The Redfield City Council met in a special session on March 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. Mayor Frank Schwartz presided; eight members were present and one member, Mike Siebrecht, was absent. Council member Matthew Weller moved to adopt the agenda and Jessi Lewis seconded; the minutes state the motion carried.
Council considered property evaluation appeals filed on Form PT 17. The minutes list one named parcel, the Peterson-Bahde Coleman Home (Original Block 5, Lots 15, 16 & 17), and record a motion by Matthew Weller, seconded by Joe Morrissette, to refer that application back to the Spink County Assessor for review. The minutes note that all decisions on the cases were unanimous. With no public comments the meeting adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
