Trappe sets March 9 deadline in compromise over dump-truck noise complaint

President Newnam also said he personally would not entertain future complaints from Mr. Billings or Mr. Evans about McDermott’s personal truck; both neighbors said their concern was the dump truck, not a personal vehicle.
