The Clarksville Board of Zoning Appeals completed its 2026 reorganization at the start of the meeting, electing Lois Engelbertson as president and Kenny Brown as vice president and confirming Neil as secretary. The board convened at 07:01 and followed the reorganization with consideration of two sign-variance applications for properties on Veterans Parkway.
"Okay, at this time I will accept nominations for the vice president of BZA for 2026," said Lois Engelbertson after being handed the meeting by the previous presiding officer. The board conducted nominations and voice votes for all three officer positions without recording individual roll-call tallies. Meeting business then proceeded to two variance applications for a Freddy's restaurant and a Bob's Furniture store.
