The court approved Supplement No. 2 to the professional engineering and surveying services agreement with Westwood Professional Services Inc. for the Jackson Road project (US 380 to Marsh Branch Road), adding $1,125,450 and increasing the contract total to $3,273,570. Funding for the supplement was shown to come from countywide unincorporated roadway improvements and transferred to the Jackson Road Precinct 4 order line item.
