Resident pitches indoor sports complex to keep youth events and spending in Clarksville

Council staff and redevelopment personnel said they would follow up; redevelopment staff later said they would connect with Andre after the meeting to discuss partnerships and local planning implications. No formal action or incentives were requested or approved at the meeting.
