The Henry County Finance Committee on May 14 voted to recommend the County Board approve the monthly County Accounts totaling $2,915,630.39. Member Rex Kiser moved the recommendation and Member Shannon Bumann seconded; the motion passed with all members present voting in favor.
The committee also voted to recommend the County Board place on file the Treasurer’s monthly bank balance and interest reports and the County Clerk’s monthly department report. Committee members said the regular review of the Revenue and Expenditure Accumulated Transaction report and Budget Performance Reports is part of routine fiscal oversight.
