Peekskill IDA to present final audit and PARIS report in March after staff circulates drafts

IDA staff told the board the agency’s PARIS report is in draft and due March 31, 2025; several sections remain outstanding and will be completed before the March meeting. Staff asked board members to review the draft early so final edits can be incorporated.
Abby reported auditors delivered a draft audit report late that afternoon and staff will send the draft to board members and present the final audit for approval at the March meeting. She said the agency is "in really good shape for the audit report" though some line-item numbers may change as staff updates the PARIS package with draft audit figures.
Board training status was also updated: one member (Rohan) will have completed required training and staff will update that section of the PARIS report.
