The Plain City Council approved a slate of ordinances and resolutions during the public portion of its meeting.
Among the actions recorded in roll call were: Ordinance 45-2025 (annexation of 62.197 acres) and Ordinance 46-2025 (annexation of 81.423 acres), each recorded as approved (6 yays, 0 nays). Resolution 54-2025 (amending rates and fees for Pastime Park campground) and Resolution 55-2025 (campground rules/policy) were approved (6–0). Resolution 56-2025 (rental rates for village facilities) and Resolution 57-2025 (wage-scale amendment for village employees) also passed by roll-call. Ordinance 49-2025 (refuse and garbage collection) was approved the same night by emergency measure.
The council then announced two executive sessions: one to consider the purchase of property for public purposes and a second to consider employment and compensation of a public employee. No further public business was conducted after those executive sessions were called.
