The Village of Denton clerk reported account balances at the March 2 meeting: General $11,502.13; Water $39,115.56; Sewer $2,169.02; Streets $17,330.639; Community Center $728.86; and Keno Checking $466,797.42.
The minutes include a Keno report listing January 2025 gross proceeds of $340,930.83, payout 78.10 percent, unclaimed wins $339.37, village share $17,385.91 and operator share $57,272.38. The board recorded approval of Claims List A totaling $15,263.80, Claims List B $5,199.60, February payroll $9,452.09, and a Keno Fund disbursement of $10,750; the motion to approve those items was moved by Doug Rosekrans and seconded by Trent Wheatley.
The claims detail in the minutes lists vendor charges including a $9,250 purchase from Subsurface Solutions for a sewer camera and other routine utility and service charges. The board carried the claims and transfers motion and adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
