Board approves rezoning to R‑1 for three parcels and fast-tracks Ordinance 25‑10‑2

On a unanimous vote the trustees waived the state statutory requirement to hold three readings, allowing the ordinance to move forward more quickly.
Ordinance 25‑10‑2 amends the official zoning map to reclassify the identified acreage from TA to R‑1, directs the chair and appropriate village departments to implement the change and requires publication and filing with the Lancaster County Register of Deeds.
