Board renews temporary permit for security mobile home at A&B RV Service

The Preble County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a two-year renewal on May 26 for a Temporary Use Permit allowing a single-wide mobile home at 10301 State Route 122 South to serve as security for A&B Recreational Vehicle Service.
Applicant Caprice Beyersdoerfer said the mobile home has been present since 1986 and that the business operations now include limited RV repair, sales, parts and storage. “Been there since 1986,” she said. The board approved Case 5761 under Section 816.03(O) for a two-year period; the vote was unanimous.
Board members confirmed there were no known complaints and advised continued compliance with planned uses; the permit renewal was recorded with the zoning office.
